Every tag has an embedded NFC chip, so a finder can tap their phone against it to open your pet's profile. Sizes Small and above also carry a unique QR code on the back that can be scanned instead. The Extra Small tag is NFC-only, because a QR code cannot be printed reliably at that size. Either way, no app is needed.
Your pet's name, photo, breed, colour, size, microchip status, medical notes, and characteristics. Phone shown as tap-to-call and tap-to-text. Email never shown.
Yes — get in touch and we can update the profile anytime. The NFC and QR links never change, so there is no need to replace the tag.

Yes. Get in touch if you're interested in international shipping.
Send a message through the contact form with the size, colour and your pet's details. We confirm everything by email, then send a PayPal invoice. Printing starts once payment clears, and the tag ships from Canada.
Replacement tags can be reprinted and shipped with the same NFC chip link, and the same QR code on sizes that carry one. Profile and URL stay the same.
